6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times.

For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. To withdraw the bonus, a wager of ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be completed.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each member may claim each bonus offer once only.
• Bonus balance may be used to place bets, but cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
• Any attempt to earn bonuses through multiple accounts or false information will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• In any bonus-related dispute, 558h's decision will be considered final.

6.3 VIP Cashback

558h's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), and Platinum (up to 1.2%). Cashback is calculated on the week's net losses. Example: a Gold member with ৳20,000 in net losses in a week receives ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback.

All games on the 558h platform are operated through third-party software providers. Each game has its own rules and RTP.

• Game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a game stops mid-session due to a technical fault, 558h will review the relevant round and, if necessary, refund the bet amount.
• In sports betting, the risk of odds changes rests with the member.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decisions and the operator's rulings are final.
• 558h is not liable for disconnections during a game — settlement will be based on the system's records.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the 558h platform. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and the associated balance may be cancelled:

• Operating multiple accounts or running an account on behalf of another person.
• Creating artificial betting patterns with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Stealing another member's information or gaining an advantage through fraud.
• Exploiting any platform vulnerability or technical fault to gain an unfair advantage.

558h may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms.
• Registration with fake or false information.
• Evidence of involvement in prohibited activities.
• Failure to pass age verification.
• For the purposes of a security or fraud investigation.

If a member wishes to close their own account, they must contact customer support. The opportunity to withdraw all valid balances will be provided before the account is closed, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements being met.
